Project #4: Desktop

Bought two pieces of reclaimed lumber from Longleaf lumber. They came from a barn in Western MA that was 100-150 years old. Yellow Pine. 59.5”x12”x3/4” for each.

Glued and clamped. More difficult than my last project because there was a tiny bit of cupping on one end, so the clamps caused outward pressure in the center joint — the boards wanted to pop apart.
